Support is available onsite at your location at a reasonable rate

∙ Post initial set up of dial in modem service.

∙ Post initial Wireless set up.

Installation of antennas and cabling. Non homeowners must have a signed agreement from landlord.

Reinstall needed hardware and software for the wireless service.

Realign antenna for best reception.

Troubleshooting and help using email clients and web browsers.

∙ Installation of hardware not purchased from Hoonah.Net.

∙ Computer repair or maintenance.

Removal of virus, worms, Trojan horses, spam or other infections.

Disk or operating system repairs.

Hardware failures.

Onsite service is billed at one hour intervals:

$65 for the first hour

$45 for each consecutive hour after the first initial hour.
