Hoonah.Net is for sale

Hoonah.Net has provided internet service to the community of Hoonah for the past 11 years. We have progressively upgraded our service and equipment to meet the demands of our customers. Our current subscribers consist of 100+ wireless users including local businesses and individuals. We also have 14 dialup modem users and 3 direct line connections.

The following is a list of the major equipment and property owned by Hoonah.Net which is included in the sale.

Channel Master 2.4m Ku Rx/Tx dish, 5 watt BUC, IDirect 3100 modem, currently in use

Proxim AP 2000, 2 Pac Wireless 2.4 Ghz 15dbi grid antennas, 2 Teletronics 1 watt smart amps and LMR400 cable located on City owned tower

Two Proxim OR 1000s, Pac Wireless 2.4 Ghz 15dbi grid antenna, Teletronics 1 watt smart amp located on city owned tower. Tranzeo TR-6 AP, Pac Wireless 2.4 Ghz SA24-16 120 deg sector antenna, Pac Wireless 2.4 Ghz 24dbi grid antenna located on Hoonah.Net owned mast.

Two Tranzeo 5.8 GHz TR-AP-5a, one 120° 14dbi sector antenna located on City owned tower.

Viewsonic AP, 500 mw amp, Pac Wireless 2.4 Ghz 15dbi grid antenna, Netgear router & switch with connecting hardware located on Hoonah.Net owned mast.

Six Patton 2157 ethernet extenders, Netgear router located in Hoonah.Net office and customer premises.

OFFICE BUILDING

Heated (Toyo Laser 30) 20’ insulated container converted into office and work space located on City leased property. Includes 19” rack with 2 Sonicwall Pro 2040 firewalls, Sonicwall Pro firewall, 2 Supermicro email/web servers running Toaster software, Portmaster 2e, Multi Tech CC216G modems, Cyclades NL4000, Astron VS-20M power regulated variable power supply, Zonet KVM3008 KVM switch, 3Com 24 port switch, Allied Telesyn CenterCom FS709FC ethernet/fiber switch, Allied Telesyn 8 port switch, Triplite 2200VA UPS. Work bench, storage selves, desk, phone, parts bins with parts and misc hardware, hand tools, cabling and connectors (Cat5e, LMR400, LMR195, etc), power supplies, pcmcia adapter cards, 4.2 GHz office computer with Win XP Pro, Office 2007, Atrex billing software with credit card processing, etc.

WIRELESS SYSTEM UPGRADE (new not installed)

Complete Mikrotik router back haul and AP wireless system including core router (2.4GHz 4 unit rack mount server) 4 - APs, 2 - back hauls, 2 - 90 deg sector antennas, 4 – 1 watt Luxul amps. Complete hardware and software systems needs only final firewall configuration.
